Where We Ship

  • Canada
    • US / International (selected locations). If your location is not shown at checkout, please contact us for a quote.

Rates & Time

Canada: Flat C$8 standard shipping per order.
• US / International: Flat C$25 standard shipping where available.
• Processing Time: Orders ship within 2–4 business days after payment.
• Transit Time: Canada 3–8 business days after dispatch (varies by province/carrier); US/International 7–14 business days (varies by destination, customs, carrier).
• Note: Standard shipping is untracked. Tracking and expedited options are not available at this time.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch.

  • USA Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping time may vary depending on location and customs clearance.

Address & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct; parcels cannot be rerouted after dispatch. Parcels returned due to incorrect address or missed delivery will require reshipping fees.

Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

For untracked shipments, carrier scans and delivery status are the final proof of delivery. If your parcel is marked delivered but not received, please check with household members/building management/neighbors and allow 48 hours. If still missing, contact us within 14 days of the ETA; we will assist where possible. Refunds are not offered; replacements or exchanges may be provided at our discretion.

Damaged / Wrong Item

Email photos within 48 hours of delivery (outer packaging + product). After verification, we will repair, reship, or exchange for an item of equal value. No cash refunds. Return shipping for exchanges may apply unless the defect is confirmed.

For shipments outside Canada, all duties, taxes and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
