At Claymuse, we create and sell handmade press-on nails, custom sizing nails, and unique nail designs from Vancouver. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our website, purchasing our products, and engaging with our services.

The T&C are designed to protect both you (the customer) and us (the website owner) by clearly defining rights, responsibilities, and limitations. This includes product descriptions, payment methods, shipping details, returns and exchanges, and intellectual property protection.

What to include in the T&C document

Our Terms and Conditions include:

  • Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

  • Products – All nail sets are handmade, and slight variations may occur. Colors may appear different depending on screen settings.

  • Orders & Payment – Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice. Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Shipping & Delivery – We ship within the stated timeframe; delays caused by postal services are beyond our control.

  • Returns & Exchanges – We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Intellectual Property – All images, product designs, and content on Claymuse are our property and cannot be used without permission.

  • Limitation of Liability – Claymuse is not responsible for allergic reactions, damage due to misuse, or delays in shipping.
